In this home in Weston, Massachusetts, MGa | Marcus Gleysteen Architects created a gorgeous, full-sized indoor basketball court. Natural sunlight streams in through the high windows, and a living room on the second floor gives the audience an elevated courtside view of the game.

In Lexington, Massachusetts, JW Construction delivered an innovative solution for a homeowner looking for ample garage space by incorporating a car lift. The sturdy machinery eliminates the need for an expansive two or three-car garage by making use of the vertical space, as the car can be lifted to make room for another beneath it.

Studio Becker takes the inconvenience out of closet organization and security with their automated storage system. At the push of a button, a console containing valuables like jewelry and watches rises up out of the surrounding shelving, displaying belongings beautifully. When not in use, the console descends back down, keeping valuables safe and hidden from view.

5. The Perfect Hole

On a sprawling lot, Meyer & Meyer Architecture and Interiors crafted a rustic pool and guesthouse with a country club feel. A beautiful state-of-the-art golf simulator in the common area uses 3D models and advanced photo technology to let avid golf fans play the likes of the legendary St. Andrews, Pinehurst, and Pebble Beach courses without stepping foot outside.
